To Free Herself, She Dances

she dances."                 -Glenda Miles

It's that time of year again when the school year is over. I remember sitting in the classroom, watching the second hand as it approached the 12 on the clock and the sense of relief as the bell rang granting me two and a half months of freedom.  It was as if my true self could finally come out to play.

As adults, we don't generally get that sense of complete freedom.  Even when we do take a vacation, there are all sorts of things we have to get done before we leave and we are usually greeted by an accumulation of work (even if it's just the pile of mail) that has to be caught up on. However, I believe we each possess something that holds that same sense of freedom for us. It might not be for months at a time, but the sensation is just as satisfying. For me its dancing.  Nothing connects me to my true nature faster than dancing; in a club, in my kitchen or even in my car.  The best part is, I don't have to wait for summer vacation to go there.  :0)

Here is the Question:

What is it that grants you access to your true nature?
