Overwhelm

In Order to Avoid Daily Overwhelm.

It's what I hear most often from clients about their clutter:  "I'm so overwhelmed, I don't even know where to start."  And because that's the case, the clutter continues to accumulate.  It can be a challenging process to go through items one at a time and make a decision about each one.  For better or worse though, it's the only process we have.  Somewhere along the line we started to believe that being somewhat overwhelmed every day was easier than spending a few days here and there being REALLY overwhelmed by going through the decluttering process.  How's that working out for you?  Think about how long your ___________ (fill in the cluttered space of your choice) has been cluttered.  Is it days?  weeks?  months?  years?  Just think what it would be like to eliminate that daily dose of "Ugh..." with a few days of decision-making effort.  Those few days could set you free for years to come!

Here is the Question:

How much longer are you willing to endure the daily overwhelm caused by clutter?
